Ash Noah, CPA, CGMA, FCMA, is Managing Director of CGMA Learning, Education & Development at the Association of International Certified Professional Accountants.
In this role, he engages with CFOs and Finance Leaders worldwide to understand how finance teams are evolving and guides Association’s initiatives to ensure that the Chartered Global Management Accountant (CGMA) learning content, syllabus and examinations are future-ready.
He works to make sure the CGMA designation continues to be recognized as the qualification of choice by employers and supports CGMA holders to help them create more value for their organizations in the digital age.
Ash joined the Association in 2012, and prior to that served as CFO of the International BU of TNT Express, the global transport and logistics provider and led finance teams in 45 countries through significant transformation.
Ash is a licensed U.S. CPA, a CGMA designation holder and a Fellow of CIMA. He is also an avid aviator. Ash is based in Durham, North Carolina.

Julian Whitehead became Executive Vice President – Finance of Airbus Defence and Space Division on January 1, 2014 and Chairman of Airbus Defence and Space Limited. Prior to assuming this position, he had been Chief Financial Officer of Cassidian since July 2012.
Previously, Julian Whitehead had been the Chief Finance Officer of MBDA for nearly 11 years since the company’s formation in December 2001. In this role he saw the development of the company into the third global player in the missile market.
Before this, Julian Whitehead held several different roles within BAE Systems and its forerunner British Aerospace in both the Defence and Civil areas. Prior to joining British Aerospace, he worked at KPMG as a Financial Management Consultant and BICC plc (now Balfour Beatty plc).
Julian Whitehead, born in Liverpool in 1962, graduated with a degree in Commerce from the University of Birmingham in 1984 and qualified as a Chartered Management Accountant in 1987.

Chari currently serves as a Consultant to a large listed Airport company in Malaysia responsible for their international business and a high-tech semiconductor pure play fabrication company as their CFO Designate. He is also an advisory member of the Malaysia Institute of Accountants Subcommittee and serves as an advisor to a UK based listed software company. Mr. Chari presents papers at many external forums and assists the next generation by mentoring and coaching. Chari is also a Board and Board Audit committee member of a listed Axiata telecommunication subsidiary in Srilanka and an unlisted telecommunication market leader in Nepal.

Mr. Foluso Phillips is a renowned business and management consultant and the founder and Executive Chairman of the respected in Africa Phillips Consulting Group, which is an industry leader in the provision of business advisory services, strategy development, training and human capacity management, corporate performance and recruitment services. He has steered the group with offices in Nigeria and South Africa for 20 years.
Mr. Phillips, who is also the immediate past Chairman of the Nigeria Economic Summit Group and Nigeria/ South Africa Chamber of Commerce, is a fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria and a Chartered Management Accountant of the United Kingdom.
Several sectors and personalities in the Nigerian economy have benefitted from his experience in reputation management, organization development, general management, accounting, finance, and costing and management systems. He has also served as a consultant for Government agencies and departments, ministries, banks, insurance companies, manufacturing companies and other organizations
He holds a Bachelor of Science (Technology) degree in Industrial Economics and has management work experience both within the country and in the United Kingdom.

Wojciech joined Tesco Polska business in late July 1999 a couple of months after having graduated from 5 year studies at Cracow University of Economics. Up to 2006 he performed various roles within finance department of the company: Head Office Business Analyst, Hypermarket Business Analyst, Retail Analyst, Head of Regional Analysis (Region South), Head of Retail Finance, Head of Trading Analysis. In January 2006 Wojciech moved to a role of Head of Planning and Financial Analysis in Poland. Between 2007 and 2009 he took over a role of International Finance Manager (UK, Japan). He was promoted within the role in March 2009. He took over the role of Chief Financial Officer in Czech republic in May 2011. In October 2014 Wojciech has been appointed his current role of Finance Director in Poland. In April 2015 he beacme the Finance Director for Tesco Europe.

Gagan Sabharwal heads HSBC Global Finance Operations Centre, Krakow. He has over 25 years of experience within finance industry, managing various facets of the business, from controllership and decision support to setting up global shared services centres. Over the past 15 years, he has been instrumental in setting up, building new capabilities, delivering economies of scale and efficiencies within global finance processes for banking and financial services. He has managed and leads large multicultural teams spanning geographies and functions.
